There was everything we needed - aircon, fan, balcony, tea and coffee, hot water, breakfast, tv, beautiful ambience throughout the hotel, pool, friendly helpful staff.

Nice room with balcony, clean&safe. I stayed total of 5 nights. They refilled amentities as I ran out, just remember to ask daytime.

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. There are 2 train stations nearby which is handy if that’s how you’re travelling. You can easily do a day trip into Colombo via the train which leaves fairly regularly from mount Lavinia station. Can walk to the beach across the train track. There is a supermarket and wine shop within a few minutes walking distance.
