Friendly and helpful staff. Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children but there were only 3 beds in the room which meant doubling up in a bed suitable for one person. Not sure why the booking system would allow that as it meant for a poor nights sleep.

It was facing the beach and it was connected to a mall. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Also, when I asked about Colombo tours they guided me with the best options for my family and the driver they assigned was insightful and knowledgeable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I like the location near the fort area which has the ministry of crab and pettah market to visit. The hotel directly joins to a shopping mall which is nice to visit and has food court (photo shows entrance to hotel from mall - main entrance is more grand). The hotel itself was very nice with excellent service. The buffet breakfast was good with a mix of western and eastern foods. We did the buffet dinner one night which was nice with a good variety but I wouldn’t do it more than once, unless the dishes change each time - I don’t know. There was live music each night in one of the bars. Beer was approx 1500 and glass of wine 3000 in local currency.

Very nice location, the property is stunning and the rooms are lovely. Staff is really amazing and kind. I forgot my jacket in the wardrobe and not only that it was found, they also post it back to my home. Well done x
