The staff was super kind and the manager of the hotel welcomed us with a tea. He gave us a lot of recommendations for our trip in Sri Lanka and a very good one for authentic sri lankan dinner nearby the hotel.

The staff and overall management of the hotel were excellent. It is located beside the Marine Drive, away from the chaos of the city, yet offers easy access to the city center by various modes of transport (tuk-tuk/car). Guests can enjoy a beautiful sunset view from the rooftop. The entire property is well-maintained, including the reception area and a lush green garden with a delightful mix of small and large trees.

What an absolutely lovely stay. My only regret is that we didn't stay here longer. We arrived at Sayura House at the tail end of our Sri Lanka trip with some part of our 13-people family. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and hospitable, the space was beautiful, and the inhouse restaurant food was fantastic. Highly recommended stay!

Great spot, it felt like you were away from it all. Absolutely gorgeous dog, Max. The breakfast was the best we have had in Sri Lanka. The manager went above and beyond in helping us with transport and finding our way around Colombo. The rooftop restaurant had beautiful views.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. You could contact the manager at any time with any questions or concerns! The in-house restaurant tasted delicious and the atmosphere was very nice.

An oasis in the frenetic city of Colombo. It was so lovely turning up after a long journey to find such a quiet location. Very Zen with koi carp pond, fairy lights and plants everywhere and Max the golden retriever dog.

Wonderful place, hidden green courtyard with stylishly decorated terrace. We spent here nice time relaxing after our flight and discovering Colombo. And this hotel one of the most vivid impressions about Colombo. All staff extremely welcoming, they met us in the night, provided a lot of recommendations, allowed to stay in cafe and keep our baggage after check out while we waited our coastline bus and even cured when we felt unwell. Adorable dog that lives there and adorable family and stuff that keeps this hotel. Wish you all the best 👋
