- One child up to 6 years can be accommodated free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots can be provided free of charge subject to availability.
- One child 7 years and above or an adult is charged USD 23.45 per person per night (including all the taxes) in an extra bed. (Rate on Room Only)
- One child 7 years and above or an adult is charged USD 36.48 per person per night (including all the taxes) in an extra bed. (Rate Including Breakfast)Any changes and cancellations should be made before 12 pm ( Sri Lanka daylight savings time), 3 days prior to arrival date.

The stuff was very friendly and the room comfortable with a very nice view on the sea. Also check in at 4 am in the nicht was no problem at all. Very good place to stay in Colombo.

Great location and lovely rooftop pool. The hotel restaurant was also really good. Nice hotel for a few nights in Colombo. Would stay again.

Pool is nice,location is great, Room is nice and clean but didn’t like the view,looking at other rooms.when you stay more than a night ,need to open curtains and look outside☹️

Very good location and easy to walk around the area. Easy to find public transport including Tuk TUK and taxi. Room was good size with well stock with tea/coffee, drinking water etc. very clean hotel and lifts well maintained. Swimming pool on the roof floor was a bonus with the bar. The lady looking after the pool was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. She even came to tidy our room in morning. Will come back to this hotel.

The rooftop pool was lovely and my room was clean and comfortable. I also like that they provided flasks of water rather than bottles as this is better for the environment. The location is good, very central but the best thing is the wonderful staff and how helpful and friendly they are.

Solo female who wanted somewhere I could feel safe on my arrival to Sri Lanka. They arranged airport pick up for me. The staff were so lovely and helpful during my stay. Even giving me a courtesy call when they knew I slept in!! Because of you I didn't miss my train! I was so busy sight seeing I didn't get to use the pool but wish I did as the view was spectacular. It's a bit of a walk from the main part of the city but a lovely walk if you've got it in you, or super easy and fun to catch tuktuk. My room had plenty of space and a safe.
