The overall experience was good. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious. Sea views from the rooms. Good Value for Money if you are 3 people needing 3 bedrooms.

The staff, especially Gazzali, Malan, and the entire team, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The cleaning lady always had a warm smile, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. The place itself is very calm and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything. Highly recommended!

Hotel upgraded our 2 bedrooms type to 3 bedrooms type. The sea view is sooooo beautiful. Not so many bugs in room, and it is a clean and cozy flat. At first we met some problems in the upgraded room (no quilts on the beds, no glass was embeded into the window in bathroom, etc.), but staff are very helpful and solved for us quickly. I especially thank to Raju, Malan, Rukshan, and the guard Sanam. The breakfast is clean and delicious. Of course the manager in restaurant where we had breakfast is also kind. We had some causal talks. The surprise is that chief in restaurant cut our king coconuts into cute animal shape.

The hotel was really good. They let us check in really early without an extra charge which we really appreciated. The receptionist was really sweet and even the rest of the staff were very helpful. The sound of the waves of the ocean was really beautiful from our apartment and you can see many trains passing by right across the road.

Location is in a good area, accessible to all nearby restaurants & shops. Use UBER app to travel and exlpore Colombo. Staff were helpfull especialy "Raju" at front deck and very curtious. The two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms on 2nd floor was excellent. Approx 45mins from airport.

The main reason why I liked the property was the manager Raj and staff of the property. Raj was an exceptionally experienced executive who really knows about the industry and customer handling.
