We spent one night in this beautiful hotel located in the Diplomatic district of Colombo. The building is an old colonial house nicely renovated with 7 spacious rooms with a beautiful decoration. The staff is absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The bed was divine, and the bathroom was very large with a tub and a shower. The pool is slightly small, but it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with the restaurant’s terrace. The breakfast was very good, we haven’t tried their lunch and dinner but we bet they are excellent too! We had an amazing massage at the spa, we highly recommend it too!

Gorgeous colonial building with a modern restoration to make the loveliest luxurious hotel. The layout is perfect, the rooms very generous and the people we met working there are lovely! Especially given our awful check in time of midnight.

Tremendously warm welcome,; service throughout by the staff who clearly worked well together as a team; oasis of calm; beautiful historic property with period furnishings; room opened directly onto pool area; outdoor bathroom; excellent breakfast including very good coffee; lunch dishes were innovative, beautifully presented and delicious. Free of charge drinks, fruit /cake plates and crisps. Pool.

We arrived ridiculously early and all the staff made us so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We had an upstairs bedroom overlooking the courtyard which was much prettier and more comfortable than the photos might suggest. It was very spacious and quiet. We will stay here again the next time we are in Colombo.
