Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.

Nice hotel for a 1 night stay. The room was clean, good facilities available in the room, comfortable bed. We visited the rooftop bar and restaurant which was nice although we were surprised at the service fee and taxes added onto the bill. It ended up being 30% more expensive than expected. However, the food was nice and the views over the city are amazing. The rooftop pool was nice and it was good to have access to the shower once we'd checked out. There is not much space up there but it was adequate for what we needed. I was kindly given soy milk for the room to make a cup of tea which was much appreciated. We also appreciated the late check out due to a later flight and the storage of our luggage. Location wise - there were some nice cafe's and shops within walking distance and a large park within a 20-25 minute walk. Galle Face Beach was a short tuk tuk ride away along with One Galle Face Mall.

We had a truly wonderful time during our stay at Jetwing Colombo Seven. What really stood out was the exceptional service from all the staff members we encountered. Throughout our stay, everyone was incredibly accommodating, kind, welcoming, and friendly. From the reception team who went above and beyond to help us source swimming nappies (thank you!), to the attentive staff in both the downstairs and upstairs restaurants, and the efficient housekeeping team – everyone contributed to making our experience fantastic.

A lovely hotel in a quieter area of Colombo. Good sized room with lovely bathroom. Staff pleasant. Excellent buffet breakfast. Ward 7 restaurant very nice. However we expected a little more from a 5 star rated hotel. Entrance lobby was nothing special. We were not offered a cold drink on arrival, where we had been when staying in much lesser hotels. Areas a little tired. Corners of the shower were not very clean. For the price we were expecting more.

A great hotel very well located in the center of the city, close to Vihara Mahadevi Park and the incredible National Museum of Colombo. The rooftop overflow swimming pool is great to relax ad refresh after a long day of walk around the city. you can enjoy cocktails and food there. The breakfast choice and quality is just incredible : a real full meal. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view over the Colombo city. The service and welcome from the hotel have been really great. This is a fantastic place to choose for your stay in Colombo!

The staff were very friendly, especially Chathurika. They made my birthday feel so special. In fact, we loved our stay so much we decided to cancel the hotel we originally booked for the end of our trip and came back to Jetwing Seven. The pool is very cool, we had a couple of amazing sunsets up on the roof. The breakfasts were also a highlight - absolutely delicious!
