Perfectly in a central location just 8 minutes walking from the main train station and overlooking the Christmas markets. The buffet breakfast is served in a beautiful dining hall. Very clean and comfortable rooms (ours was at a corner) and complemented by friendly staff. Good value for money. Highly recommended and definitely we will return.

Fabulous location. Xmas market literally outside the hotel. Hotel within walking distance of station and main attractions and shopping area. Lovely breakfast in nicely decorated dining room. .

Brilliant location for xmas mkts and accessibility for the city. Easy to get around. The hotel was clean, warm, and comfortable. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Good breakfast choice. However, a toast option and some fresh fruit would be good.

Location is perfect. Minutes to the Central train station. Very close to the Cathedral. Clean rooms. Simple. Good heating

Right in the heart of the Christmas action. The room was clean but very sparse. No safe and we had to request a kettle and extra pillow. This should be standard for any hotel. Despite this the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The shower in our room was superb.

The hotel was clean and the room was big. All Christmas markets are walking distance. Best place to stay as its between 2 Christmas markets. Koln central station is 10 mins walk away. The staff was nice, gave all required information and guidance about the city and markets. They allow us to keep our bags in their locker after checkout.

Everything was well, location is great right near the Christmas market. We stayed with our little son and were very satisfied with everything. Parking is right in front of the hotel. Personal was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place for a short family stay.
