We reached very early but hotel staffs kindly allowed us for early check in without an extra charge. Very friendly staffs, nice view from our hotel room, close to the city centre. Very nice breakfast!

The hotel is located in a central safe area and you can reach popular spots by walk. We used the transport only a fee times. All of the hosts are incredibly nice and of great help. The room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

The hotel was in an excellent location and the lobby area was welcoming and cosy. We loved the breakfast, lots on offer and good quality and the breakfast area was equally welcoming and relaxed. The room and facilities were clean and we were provided with sparkling water each day. Lots of space for our luggage and nice lighting/lamps which again gave a cosy feel to the room. Comfortable pillows. The staff were friendly and spoke English perfectly which was a big help. We received a thank you gift when checking out which was lovely. Despite the busyness of the Christmas markets just 5 minutes walk away, the street of the hotel was always quiet and felt very safe.

Room was cosy. I got a single room and it attended my needs. It was clean and warm, and the staff were super helpful and kind. It is about 15 minutes to the Cathedral, but, trust me, Cologne is much more than the Cathedral and the hotel is located in a very cool area. I consider staying in the same hotel when I'm coming back.

Great location, nice room, helpful staff, especially Tarek on the front counter who helped me find where my cruise departed from. So close to so many Xmas markets too!!
