The hotel was very close to the train station and the Dom, making exploring easy. The rooms were comfortable and overlooked the Rhine.

The room is big. Bed is comfy. Location is great. Only five minutes walk to/from the train station and very close to the main Christmas market Wish the bottle of water that comes with room rate is still water though

Good location with easy walk to the cathedral, station and Ludwig modern art museum. Stylish and comfortable room overlooking the river. Quiet.

Good hotel, nice spacious room, very comfy bathroom with shower and bath tub together. Separated toilet which is crucial for us (one can take a bath when other is in toilet). Didn't try breakfast. Staff is nice and helpful, there is storage room for luggage. Location is perfect for tourists.

Our room was comfortable, clean and in good location for walking to scenic attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in easy walking distance to the main train station. Lots of restaurants close by.

The room was lovely, comfortable, and with a beautiful view toward the river Rhine. The staff were fantastic, polite, interactive with us, and helpful. The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinners. Location was brilliant. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel and restaurant.
