Great location for the Christmas markets and sight seeing. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Good rooms and value for money. Very clean.

We stayed in the quadruple room, and it exceeded our expectations with plenty of space, two toilets, both a bath and shower and 3 mirrors which made sharing the space very easy and efficient!

Location was perfect. You can go anywhere you want with a tram that close to the hotel. It was really close to the shopping areas and most of the historical places of Köln. It was clean and mostly quiet.

Booked this hotel last minute due to a transport issue. It was perfectly clean and tidy, the room had everything we needed although no AC, we knew this already from the listing and a fan was provided.
