Had such a lovely stay here, the staff were so helpful pointing out Christmas Markets and places to eat for us. The rooms was spacious, facilities were nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, all round we had a lovely stay!

Breakfast was amazing, location good, and excellent value for money. Rooms are adequate, ideally for our group of friends, as all 3 rooms were situated next door to one another - we liked how this was thought out on our booking. Left luggage was great, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Good breakfast. Tasty and filling. Good variety and as much as I wanted. Staff friendly and helpful and spoke English. Hotel clean and warm. Nice 10 minute walk to the train station and centre.

Very quiet clean calm oasis in the city, a leisurely 10 minute stroll from the main rail station and the cathedral. We arrived early on the morning of a huge festival after a difficult overnight journey and when the city was buzzing, Bettina went out of her way to assist us. Would definitely recommend this hotel
