We liked everything. Check-in was super easy, and the staff at the reception was quite helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. we strongly recommend the hotel to everyone. It will definitely be our first choice for our next visit to Cologne.

It was very good value for money exceeded my expectations, clean, good facilities. I like the way they refund you if you use a taxi from the train station to the hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel, I would come back again

Free shuttle to airport and then it’s 3.70 euro to city centre by train. Bed was big and comfy Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable Easy to get to and from the city centre

The shuttle service was amazing. Both picking up and dropping off was AMAZING and both drivers were very professional and making me feel listened and valued. I was not like a shelve at the back

Amazing hotel.. what fantastic facilities and for such price you can’t go wrong. The interior decorating is amazing and the lounge area has a fantastic snooker table. The lighting and colour theme provides a soothing atmosphere. Rooms are very nice big and specious. Exceptionally nice staff and very accommodating

hotel provide shuttle service from airport to hotel and also airport train station to hotel.I stayed with my family for 3 nights and it is easy to go city center via S19. 4 stops later you are in city center.Hotel is new,clean and well furnished.We stayed inner room so our room was not cold.Coffemaker and a bottle of water were in the room.Breakfast is enough and various.Reception and transfer service staffs are helpful and friendly
