Location is good for transport to cologne, parking is good. Rooms are a good size and bed is comfortable. Little extras like sweet trolley etc in reception is a lovely idea. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, lots of parking space. Room with a view of the Cathedral. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The Christmas decorations in the lobby.

Amazing stuff! Everyone I met was friendly, smiling, and welcoming. They let me check in much earlier which was a safer after night flight!

Most of the reception staff were top notch. In particular I young man/ I think his name was Jeremy. Also the supervisor whom was of a gentleman from East Asian background. The other 2 young people on reception were passable but average.

Clean, big room, comfortable bed. Water, kettle and coffee machine in the room. Big parking, good breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna. Perfect for stay
