Magical atmosphere in the restaurant at groundfloor, , very nice staff. Good breakfast. The room is decent, ok for short stays, quiet and very good mattress. Just be aware that there are stairs for going to the rooms.

Room was perfect for a solo traveller, had everything I needed! Location was great, right on the river and a short walk to the station and central Cologne.

The location is fantastic - on the Rhine and very close to both the train station and main places to visit. Staff are lovely - friendly, helpful. I was able to leave my case there after checking out. Breakfast was good. I didn't eat a main meal in the restaurant but it smelt and looked very good when walking through. Room was clean and had everything I needed.

Great little hotel located along the banks of the Rhine. Very close to main tourist attractions and the city centre for shopping. Staff were very pleasant and breakfast was buffet style with a good range of foods. The single room was a perfect size for 1 person and was clean and warm. There's no lift (which personally didn't bother me) just in case you have a lot of luggage, though i did see members of staff helping with luggage upstairs. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again if in Cologne

Perfect location central for everything, staff lovely and friendly. As a solo parent and child trip I felt very welcomed by the staff and very safe in the city.

It was a clean room and the staff was really nice. They also opened the breakfast earlier for us beacause we had to check out early in the morning.
