Comfy room, interesting layout however all very clean, great water pressure. Friendly staff, but the pool was very cold.

the location is very convenient you can walk to the riverside and city center by 10 mins. the hotel informed to have a parking space but we arrived late and all spots were busy however the recepcionist helped us to park into the nearest closed parking place that is 5 mins by walk. the superior room we stayed was very spacious . the bed was big and comfortable. free coffee pods in the room was very tasty

The hotel is very well located next to the chocolate museum in Cologne with busses and trams reachable within 5 min walk. The rooms are adequatly furnished and no noise could be heard from other rooms. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and even still filled up before the closing of the breakfast.

Good property near the chocolate museum. Pool was open, but extra charge for sauna and can only be used by request.

Great location, felt very safe walking into centre and back as a solo female traveller. Room was spacious and comfy. Staff were helpful and chatty. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with great times. Pool was fantastic!
