Very courteous staff. Good location in a residential area. Spacious room. Provided extra bed with no additional cost for my child

The rooms are very comfortable, the entire hotel is elegant and charming. Their breakfast is classy and delicious and their staff are the friendliest people you can meet. They certainly made us feel at home.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location was good, about a 40min walk from activities in the centre of the city, or a tram or subway ride away. The hotel breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. Clean and spacious room and adjoining bathroom. The bed was a bit hard (but that's just me personally), otherwise no complaints at all!

The facilities were great and the location was excellent (5 minute walk from the underground). Classy hotel and the staff were very polite and helpful.
