This hotel in the heart of Cologne was great to visit different Christmas markets. The room was sober but well equipped. We only saw the staff on our arrival, but they did notice that one of our slippers was broken and they replaced it before we even mentioned it.

Very clean and excellent location. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. Best place to stay if you visit Cologne specially if it’s for a short time .

The hotel was in a great location, super close to all that Cologne has to offer, perfect! The staff were pleasant and welcoming and the room was just what I needed for a short 1 night stay.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and quiet! Despite a heatwave during our stay the room stayed relatively cool despite no AC, and a fan was provided in the room without needing to ask!
