The staff was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast provided each morning was such a delightful variety of warm and cold dishes, allowing for a great start to the day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel was ideal: 3 minutes from the main train station and the Gothic Dom Cathedral and walking distance to the different districts of Cologne. I had a Christmas package shipped to the hotel from Austria, and every staff member was on the alert, and to my surprise, it arrived prior to our arrival. What a beautiful Christmas gift! Thank you to Claudia and her team! 💕

Very good location, close to the train (less than 5 mins walk) and main tourism spots. Very good breakfast which included yoghurt/ eggs of your choice/ cheese/ croissant etc. Very friendly staff. Passcode for self checkin (no keys needed).

The property lies in sight of the Dom, and not too far too walk to the Dom Christmas market - just far enough to walk off dinner. Parking is a plus too.

The hotel is very close to the main railway station, cathedral, old town, and attractions, just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and offered advice on the best locations to visit. The room was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Had a lovely weekend at Domspitzen hotel visiting the Christmas markets, location very close to central train station, 4 stops from airport. Five minutes walk to cathedral and close to the Christmas markets. Lovely decor, great variety of food for breakfast and hotel staff were very helpful when we had to alter our booking due to airline changing our flights days.
