Room was spatious and pretty, only one luggage stand, the bed was very uncomfortable (too soft and like bathtub), bar was brilliant, and breakfast was cooked to perfection "a la minute".

Top of the line hotel where all sides of the stay have been throughly thought. Breakfast and lounge bar both 5/5. Room was sparkling clean and super comfy bed and room was quiet.

The view from my room was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. Nice attention to detail - ie little extras (umbrella, shoehorn, complimentary mini bar and newspaper).

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. Made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. They were so efficient making sure we were catered for no matter our needs. They also made our 3 year old feel so welcomed and the nightly hot chocolate/hot milk was a fantastic touch. He absolutely loved our stay. The location was so central we felt like we were basically staying in the cathedral but there was no outside noise whatsoever. The actual hotel itself was STUNNING, it really captured the history of the city with a touch of elegance. We couldn't fault our stay at all!
