A truly glorious stay. Excellent location for local attractions, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to the railway station. Excellent customer service. Delightful staff. The TV in our room did not work. We were moved to another room and as a wonderful gesture we were invited to use their guest lounge- incredible. Wonderful bed and shower.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. They have soundproofing that actually works! Good location, a few minutes from Dom and train station, easy walk to all main attractions. Room was a good size with everything we needed for a three night stay and coffee and tea were replenished daily. Bed very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The staff were very professional and pleasant. The room was spacious with good facilities including fridge and air conditioning. The sauna/gym was a welcome addition. Hotel location just a two minute walk from Cologne Hbf railway station.

Room itself is ok. But since it's looking to the front street where the entrance is located it's extremely loud! Can't even sleep.

The hotel is located on walking distance from the central train station, so very close to the city center. The beds were excellent and our room was very spacious and cleaned every day. The hotel was quiet at night.
