On arrival there was an issue with our room type. I had booked, and had confirmed by email, a double that consisted of 2 single beds that could be split. On arrival we were told that we had checked in too late (5pm) and these rooms had gone. The check in team was very helpful and they did manage to find another room - but there are issues with booking information getting from the booking centre to hostel.

Staff members are cooperative and good. Specially Ms Veedhy is nice and treated well, she is very cooperative.
