Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had a good range of facilities, including a bath and shower. Location to the old town was excellent. Spa was small but very pleasant.

The location is an easy ten minute walk from the train, and two minutes into the heart of Colmar. Our bed was very comfortable, and the staff were all exceptionally welcoming and helpful, to the point that when we saw one of the housekeepers on the street she recognized us and greeted us warmly. The price was also really good for all of the services of a hotel, and they were so good to store our bags all day before we left on an evening train.
