Perfect location in the middle of the old city. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Nice room, can use a makeover as it is rather old and basic.

We stayed in a double room (No. 102) from 13-15 March. The room was facing the street with a great view and very quiet. It was a good size with a fridge. The bathroom was spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was a cold buffet in a quaint room. The hotel is very old with lots of interesting history attached to it, so quite quirky. The hotel is in an excellent location to walk all over Colmar old town including Little Venice and the main shopping street and only a 10-minute walk from the train station. Lots of places to eat/drink right on your doorstep so we did not need a car. The staff were all really excellent and friendly and made recommendations and were very helpful. You can borrow an umbrella if it rains. I would highly recommend this hotel to other guests.
