This is a lovely traditional bed n breakfast accommodation not far from central Collie. The room had everything we needed including a simple kitchen arrangement and a functional bathroom with shower. The views from the balcony are brilliant and the short walk to the local river is a nice place to escape and relax. The ingredients for breakfast are provided with electric jug & toaster Cooking is possible via a microwave. Fruit, toast, cereal & jam made for a good breakfast for us, along with good coffee, tea, hot chocolate not to mention yummy sweet things. The garden is beautiful - we enjoyed watching the local peacock, house pets as well as the horses. The room's decor is old world and beautiful with lots of space.

This BnB was an exceptional find. Warm, friendly service provided in the hosts own home, yet with complete separation of facilities. The breakfast provided was outstanding with so many choices (not including cooked food), with various teas, coffees, biscuits and cakes provided throughout the day for self serving. The garden and farm area is very beautiful with plenty of places to explore and "hang out" with nature. For those with less mobility just take care of the gravelly slopes. I have already highly recommended to friends. Very reasonably priced for the facilities provided and only 5 minutes out of town by car.

An offer of a Continental Breakfast was delightful and every effort was made to make sure it was, we were offered a range of breads, spreads, fruit and cereals. The Hosts John and Wanda were exceptionally welcoming and friendly.

Enjoyed the gardens and waking up to the sound of birds and surrounded by foliage. The electric blankets were a nice touch. Lots choose for breakfast. The area was roomy and nice hot showers

Hidden gem. Tucked away in the bush. Old world hospitality Antique furniture and china. Linen serviettes. I felt I was at my grandmothers house. Hidden places to sit with bird baths scattered.

The breakfast was self serve and arranged on the dining table each morning and more than adequate. Good coffee tea etc. with cake ?biscuits available all day.
