Situated in the beautiful unspoilt Royal Forest of Dean, this modern hotel boasts its own golf course and superb facilities for conferences, leisure activities or quiet relaxation. Situated in the market town of Coleford, Gloucestershire, Bells is conveniently located just 19 miles away from the centre of Gloucester, 7 miles from Monmouth and 14 miles from the Chepstow end of the Old Severn Bridge (M48). In addition to its on site golf course (where, as a guest, you can play at a discounted rate) and bowling green, the hotel offers access to a wide range of activities based around the local area of outstanding natural beauty.

The room had recently been refurbished and was great for what we needed. Very clean. Staff were really friendly. We were visiting family nearby and would happily stay here again.

The location suited us perfectly. We were staying at the Bells as we were attending a friends birthday party in Coleford. The clubhouse restaurant was really nice. The food in the evening looked really good and we enjoyed our buffet breakfast on our departure day. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, the hotel was quiet and the golf course next door pretty frozen, so we had plenty of space everywhere.

Very nice, friendly staff. Excellent food from the hotel kitchen, we had dinner and breakfast, both top notch. Decor in the clubhouse and general areas lovely and bedroom welcoming and comfy. Everything you could want.
