*Your key/s can be collected at the Security & Information Desk on Square 3 which is open 24 hours .The security team can be contacted on 01206 872125.
* During office hours if you have any enquiries please contact Event Essex on 01206 872358.
* On the day of departure, guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 09:00 and to return the keys to the Security & information Desk on Square 3 by 09:30.
* Please note that we do not have a lift up to our floors. If you wish to request a ground floor room, please do so in advance.
* There is no TV in the room however there is complimentary wi-fi.
*The room is for single occupancy, additional guests will not be accommodated.
*Guests must be 18 years or older to stay in these rooms.
*The communal areas are cleaned daily, Monday to Friday. Bins can be left in kitchen to be emptied.
*Please note that booking.com confirmation number is required to gain access to the gym.

It's a convenient location if you have work in the campus. Staff was helpful. Clean room. Heating was comfortable.Campus is beautiful. Long walks is worth it. Parking is convenient.

Supper convenient when working at the University. The kitchen doesn’t have cups/pots etc so I just bring my crate I use when camping!
