Location is good, quite close to almost everything. There are a lot of cafes nearby, so there was no problem with breakfast. A lot of free parking lots nearby, but during daytime can be occupied, because of proximity of Portugal dos Pequenitos.

Host was nice and responsive to problems. There was a cleaner every day so the apartment was always clean. The view from the bedroom is over a monastery ruins which is pretty cool. The apartment has everything you need for a simple stay - kitchen with cooking utensils, nice bathrooms, and the room is pleasant, with fantastic black out window shutters. There are many good places to eat nearby, and it is a great location for those visiting the congress.

This is a good accomodation for its price. We were greeted by the nicest host :) It was clean, with access to the kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms.
