The room was fantastic. Slept so soundly on the comfortable bed. Loved the buffet breakfast spread too. Hotel staff Bridget who worked at the lobby was such a joy to meet. She was friendly and ensured that we were enjoying our stay in the hotel. Kudos to her for her professional demeanor.

The breakfast was amazing and the hotel rooms are tastefully decorated and spotless. Beats other five stars in which I’ve stayed hands down. Staff are warm, efficient and friendly - without the fawning sycophancy I’ve suffered elsewhere. Worth every penny - treat yourself!

The staff - special mention to Bhuwaneshwari/Abarna/Ruati - thanks to you my kids enjoyed their meal. They made the stay pleasant and enjoyable.
