Very central location for walking to shops and restaurants. Room generously proportioned and very nicely decorated. Bed was large and very comfortable. The massage was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent and most importantly the staff were helpful and friendly.

It was useful to have parking and the €14 fee was fair. There is a nice bar at the hotel. The location was excellent and close to La Maison restaurant which was exceptional. The bed was comfortable.

Was on the pricey end of the Cognac spectrum but came with all the comforts including sauna (which was hot) and a pool. We did not eat at the hotel but its location in Central Cognac was near numerous food venues. The bar was lively. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in central location. Good secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was great. Provided with drinking water. A safe and fridge in room. Lovely pool area and small gym. Nice garden area with tables and chairs. Breakfast was first class. Excellent dinner at affiliated La Belle Epoque. Umbrella’s were provided as unfortunately it was raining during our stay. The staff were amazing especially as we had to leave very early on day of departure

Nice personalised note and chocolate on arrival. Re fill of water every day and also gave us water to take when we checked out.

Staff were just fantastic. Could not have been more helpful. Parking was great, facilities good, location wonderful but the service was akin to a London five star hotel. My son wanted snails and the hotel even tried calling around local restaurants without us even asking them to.

Central location Secure parking Spacious rooms Helpful and friendly staff That whilst no restaurant on site they have two superb restaurants within walking minutes which offer different style but superb menus. That the staff can reserve tables as this is a popular and busy town The breakfast is superb - something for every taste and diet
