The day shift receptionist was gruff and promised to send me SMS how to access room late but never did. Night shift lady was lovely, helpful and understanding. Couldn't recommend her more! She was still there when I got there late.

A bit of a hassle with no elevator but staff were able to resolve issue by moving elderly parents to ground floor. Worn out bedroom but good value for money. Mattresses and linen comfortable and new

The housing for the power point in the bathroom was loose and potentially dangerous. This should have been attended to prior to my stay. I couldn’t re-enter my room at 9.;0 am on the day of my departure. I was seeking to have a cup of coffee but my key had been deactivated.
