Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be staying with a dog. We will confirm the availability of a dog friendly room within 24 hrs of the booking being made. If no dog friendly rooms are available, we will refund your booking. A maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I booked Woodlands for my pre-wedding private afternoon tea and dinner for 30 ahead of my wedding the next day. This included an overnight stay for 15 people and 2 private dining rooms along with additional rooms to get ready with 2 Make-ip artist and 4 hair stylist all of which was quite complex. From beginning to end they were excellent and everything were delivered to plan. My foreign wedding guest particularly loved the decor, food and service. I personally booked the suite which was fabulous but my guest reported their rooms were also fine.
