Friendly staff, comfortable bed warm room with great amenities. I stayed for 3 nights for 6 weeks and cannot complain about anything.

Hospitality was excellent 👍✔️ People Make Glasgow City work! I thought the City Centre was a lot cleaner than it was the last time I visited Greater Glasgow 👍✔️ This is good 👍

The bedroom was clean, warm and quiet. Bar available downstairs. Staff helpful, booked a taxi for next day.

I use this hotel regularly for work and suits my needs. All staff I have met are super friendly and it would be unfair to single out individuals, however, Angela and Debbie were a great help this week with my request for an extra night stay. 💐💐💐💐 Thanks girls!!
