We had a nice and quiet stay. Breakfast options were rich. Clean and elegant. Suitable for our goals and not very far to visit the city center (with a cab).

- Very clean. - Very nice and helpful staff. - The sheets and towels were spotless, and everything in the room worked perfectly—no broken sockets or missing bulbs. - The Wi-Fi was excellent, with good speed and coverage throughout the hotel. - Breakfast was good, offering a decent selection to start the day. - The mattress was firm, which I personally prefer, so I had a comfortable sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at West City Hotel in Cluj. The staff was incredibly hospitable, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made a great impression from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to detail.
