What can I say? The staff orla and jacinta are amazing, instantly making you feel like a regular. The rooms are cosy and warm wither excellent showers, on .my second visit, I got to meet the owners, Richard and Esther. They are the loveliest couple, Richard took time to tell me about the history of the building, I had a drink in the bar and instantly included In conversations with the regulars, if you are visiting clonmel either for a stay or a night out, I would highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed.

The staff were some of the friendliest I'd ever come across, so so accommodating! Breakfast was great too, felt like you were a guest in someone's home.

Excellent staff, Jactina on check-in was so welcoming and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Jactina on breakfast was also very accommodating and welcoming. It was like home from home.

The hotel is an old style building. Loved the style of it. Bathrooms did need updating but we're adequate. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff were lovely. Always a smile on there face
