Staff were great, hotel was clean quiet and pleasant. The electrics could do with some work though one of the sockets was hanging off the wall.

Due to extended delays, we only reached after midnight. The gentleman at the front desk was understanding & reinstated our booking, which was cancelled, although I did notify about extended delays. I was travelling with family, this meant a lot to us. The family room was spacious & the beds were tidy. Shower was clean; topped up with a coffee & tea kettle in the room. Definitely will stay there if we were to revisit.

The staff was not very friendly in reception or in the entrance of the breakfast room. But one lady older than the rest of the staff that was on the breakfast room was amazing, friendly, helpfully. Helped us and gave us that extra attention that was superb. So lovely. She's the reason I give a positive feedback.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived very early as we were spending the day at Bloom. It was way to early to check in however there was no issue leaving the car and bags at the hotel which we really appreciated. Room was great size for a family, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice between cooked breakfast and continental style choices. Location was really good, as Bus and Luas is about a 15 min walk away which brings you straight into town. Would highly recommend, and intend to stay here again next trip.
