Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, the bed was massive and a very spacious room altogether, I really liked how they provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. reasonable distance from the airport approx a 10-15 minute drive

This location was selected because it was a pet friendly accommodation and had parking as well as a shuttle service to the airport. The room was spacious and the single sofa-beds for the children were laid out upon our arrival which was just what we needed. There were restaurants as well as a large Tescos across the way for easy access to foods or supplies. We were easily able to find easily accessible greenery/park behind the hotel to toilet our dog. The 12pm check-out was extremely helpful since we were only staying the night be able to make a mid morning send-off from the airport and leaving the car to use the shuttle service was very convenient. The shuttle service was also timely, efficient and readily accessible from both ends.

I found the reception desk staff, Mr. Ismael, Mr Rafael and Mr. Nitin to be very helpful, in particular Mr. Ismael was very thoughtful.

I especially liked that our dogs were welcome. We were attending the IKC show ground for two days and this was perfectly located. A dog bed was provided and the staff were very dog friendly.
