“Friendly centrally located hotel in lovely Clifden”

Friendliness of staff the number one feature, from the warm welcome at reception to the dining room staff who were without exception, smiling and chatty. Very good food which was excellent value. Very comfortable & warm room. Great location in centre of Clifden; any street noise was not excessive. Beautiful view over Clifden Quay from dining room. I certainly hope to return & I highly recommend.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. My room was spacious and offered lovely views. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice variety of options. There were especially lovely views from the breakfast room. The stay was good value.

Great location in the middle of Clifden. Nice Shower. Breakfast was really good and staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from the room where we had breakfast were lovely.

Location was great. Lovely family owned hotel with very friendly staff.Breakfast was freshly cooked with a good choice. Room was comfortable and spotless.

The hotel was great, the staff were extremely polite, friendly, helpful and with superb hospitality skills to assist with guests requests. The hotel room & en suite were very clean, warm, comfortable & bright. A comfy bed and new room furniture. The cooked breakfast was delicious, tasty, nice size portion, with a buffet option of contential style too. A fabulous view of the Clifden coastline & harbour from the breakfast room whilst having breakfast and a cuppa was superb and relaxing Truly enjoyed my stay at the Woodfield hotel where I felt welcomed and where great hospitality was the focus and service to the guests

Everything! In particular the staff mind you, every single member of staff was so warm, helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for me! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is exceptional value for money! Can't recommend enough!
