This is a lovely hotel for anyone looking to explore Connemara. It was within walking distance from the Abbeyglen where we were attending a wedding, so suited perfectly. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. I have recommended it to my family already.

It is a beautiful hotel with a lot of history. Loved the old world feel to it. Classic dining room with a lovely evening menu. Beautiful breakfast cooked to order. All the staff were very kind and friendly. I'm looking forward to going back someday.

I had a fantastic stay at Foyles Hotel, where the room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller, I felt safe at all times, and everyone at the hotel was able to help with any questions I had, making this an ideal place for the start of walking/hiking and exploring the coast and Connemara. The room was huge, very atmospheric, with beautiful old books on shelves above the bed and just the right lighting for reading in bed in the evenings. I can't recommend this great hotel enough.
