Electricity went out wasn’t able to check in was stuck in lobby for 3 hours this world renowned company didn’t have a backup system in place.upon figuring out with my many suggestions we had to log our luggage up flights of stairs to a hot room .upon checking out the following morning we were charged the full amount. I complained was credit $23 felt like a slap in the face
