The hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and we were able to walk to get food.

Standard but clean and comfortable rooms, in a convenient location. Breakfast selections were reasonably varied. Establishing the WiFi connection was unnecessarily complicated, with multiple screens. Staff responses varied from the polite and helpful to the inexplicably rude.

We loved the Hampton Inn in Downtown Cleveland - we couldn't fault it and they understood what it was like to travel with an 8 month old and did all to accomodate

Breakfast was perfect! The room was great! Nice location, walkable distance to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, The Terminal Tower, Cleveland Public Square, House of Blues, and The Arcade.
