Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Service was great and the food was tasty and presented well.

The hotel staff were very helpful. We were also able to have a birthday function at the hotel while staying there. The room was comfortable and the location perfect for our needs.

For a quick overnighter it had somewhere to have dinner & breakfast without even leaving the complex. Added bonus to find out if had a mini golf course.

Had a work stopover here last minute and found everything efficient and easy. checkin was a breeze and room was quiet and bed was firm and comfy. Didn't bother with breaky as was out too early for the service time. all in all, very good.

I recently stayed at the Alexandra Hills Hotel after a week-long drive across the country, and it was a truly luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The Executive King Suite was incredible. The pillows were so comfortable that I had to check the brand—I plan to buy some for home! Despite celebrations happening in the beer garden below, I didn’t hear a thing thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The blockout blinds were perfect for creating a dark, restful space after long days of travel. Room service was outstanding—the Caesar salad was absolute perfection. It felt amazing to relax in my room and be completely taken care of. The rain shower in the bathroom was heavenly—I could have stayed in there forever! The hotel’s attention to detail stood out. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated how the room service was delivered without entering the room—a thoughtful touch for everyone’s comfort and safety. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including undercover parking with lift access and a covered reception area, making check-in and check-out seamless. It’s centrally located, which was convenient for my plans, and even when those plans fell through, I happily booked a second night. My second stay was just as impeccable as the first. There’s a small additional fee of $12 for unlimited ultra-fast internet, but it was well worth it. After being off the grid for a week, it helped me catch up on work and reconnect with the world. Overall, I can’t fault this place. It’s plush, luxurious, and provides everything you need for a restful and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be returning and can’t wait to try more from the room service menu. Highly recommended!

I was doing the Raby Bay triathlon so wanted security for my bike and they let me keep it in the room. Also when I enquired about a late checkout they were more than happy to allow it! So good! The food was also of a reasonable price and good standard. The room was clean and really modern! Lovely!

Location for our plans Quiet area - rooms away from the main road Parking right outside room Staff were welcoming and friendly Facilities were good catering for everyone Room service was available and bottle shop on site as well
