Lovely, ultra clean studio apartment in an ultra secure building. Right around the corner was a plaza filled with restaurants as well as a mall! Supermarkets are close by, and no problem walking to the Cathedral. Most of all, the host was fantastic. Claude went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. My advice, book this property if you can.

the location of the property was excellent. we had a lovely stay exploring Clermont Ferrand. we didn’t use the kitchen facilities so many nearby restaurants

Everything was as described. Very convenient position, with very convenient parking directly accessible from the apartment. Completely renovated and very well thought out. Perfect use of the spaces. The owner is always available (he also brought us a second pair of keys). Perfect for 2 people, we were there with our newborn and the only (small) problem was that the crib did not fit in the room.

Excellent and very centrally located flat in Clermont-Ferrand. Very comveniently laid out out and with all facilities needed. Excellent service from Claude the owner of the flat.

The owner could not do enough for us. The flat was extremely well equipped, modern, clean, and very secure. It was very close to the city but surprisingly quiet.

The apartment has the following advantages: 1. a very convenient location - in the city center, yet quiet (walking distance to supermarkets, marche St. Pierre, bakeries, tram stops, restaurants); 2. a very nice interior of the apartment; 3. it was fully equipped with all you need (including kitchen stuff, soap, cleaning detergents); 4. Claude (the owner) was responding immediately via whatsup; 5. it includes a terrace; 6. it includes a washing machine, dish washer (all detergents needed are included), and an iron - really very well equipped apartment. To sum up, no single point to complain about. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the apartment!
