The location is perfect, the decoration of the room and facilities within it, including Tassimo coffee machine and gorgeous toiletries was stunning - like a boutique hotel. Maria could not have been more friendly and welcoming and breakfast was definitely the best we've ever had in a B&B. Locally sourced ingredients make all the difference and she even offered to make my husband, who is vegetarian, something completely different. We would always stay here if coming to Cleethorpes again - only wish it could be tonight! Thank you SO much.

Welcome was warm and the breakfast was delicious. If available I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting.
