It was a great experience. We traveled from Bay Roberts to your hotel on our side by side. The ladies on the front counter were very friendly. We also had great service during breakfast.

The basics were all 5 but the stay was marred by a very disappointing experience in the restaurant for dinner. We were asked to make a reservation, which we did for 6.45pm. The restaurant was about 40% full so not busy. We ordered two main courses and two beers. We had to chase up the meals after 45-50 minutes and neither was properly hot when they arrived. My wife's was so cold she sent it back to be reheated. Our server agreed to give us the beers at no charge which seemed an appropriate gesture. Sadly, breakfast was similarly disappointing with the scrambled egg arriving cold on a cold plate. This is really basic stuff that needs sorting.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our agenda. The staff was great and the continental breakfast was too. The hotel was clean and fresh, both in our room and everywhere we went in the hotel. Would definitely stay here agaim:)

After a bad experience in another Quality Hotel, I wasn’t looking forward to staying here, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Very clean and comfortable hotel, with amazing staff! One of the best I’ve been to in years.
