Quiet location. Nice to feed the animals first thing and have a swimming pool to freely use. Space to self cater and outside seating area. Breakfast provisions were a nice touch and good quality produce.

Lovely spacious heritage cottage on an old farm. Nice fresh eggs from the farm and bacon for breakfast. Our daughter enjoyed feeding the animals which you can join each morning.

Bungaree Station is an outstanding heritage site that is being skillfully restored. The gardens, church and working farm add to the enjoyable experience of staying there. Great, thoughtful service and very comfortable facilities.

On arrival we were greeted and felt immediately welcome. We were directed to our accommodation and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at The Lodge. The accommodation was clean and spacious with an old world charm and found the kitchen well equipped. We were located right next to the friendly deer and horses who greeted us at the fence. My children spent hours stroking and watching them. Ample Breakfast provisions supplied & were ready in the fridge for our arrival. Great selection of bacon, Eggs, Cereal, Bread & jams as well as orange juice & milk. In the morning my children helped with the animal feeding and enjoyed the walk around the grounds. (We highly recommend the self guided tour and walking trail.) The Hosts were very friendly and helpful and happy to suggest places to visit etc. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Steeped in history, this fabulous working station dates back more than 160 years and we are so fortunate that the family has chosen to share parts of it with us. We felt very privileged to be able to learn about the property and see how well it is being managed and maintained today. Favourite thing other than walking around the property and looking at the church, woolshed , gardens and old machinery sheds was waking up to the sounds of the birds calling and the yummy breakfast cooked by my husband.

Historic property just outside Clare, very lovely host who gave us heaps of information and recommendations about the property and the local area. Gorgeous gardens and walks and very good coffee and breakfast supplies.

Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of fresh free-range eggs and heaps of bacon which we barbecued over two mornings. All the cereals you can imagine with fresh milk, plenty of bread and condiments.
