Excellent host: very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with a lot of home made choices. Quiet location close to Lyon.

As we rather like solitude, we were looking for a nice place in a remote suburb of Lyon near the Beaujolais vineyards. What we found at Beatrice's was miles beyond our expectations. The hostess had created the perfect place to relax - first-class mattress, a large enough, well-maintained pool and a beautiful garden - which she filled with warmth, helpfulness, humour and, of course, great cakes from her oven for breakfast. We have gained a new family member.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. You can see the love she puts to the rooms and how much she wants her guests to have a great experience. Breakfast was great, with all homemade jams and breads.
