Convenient location, close to pedestrian-only city centre yet accessible by car and within 100m of a free car park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple, clean public areas and room.

I was there for 2 nights. Very nice, quite and clean room and lovely stuff. The owner also gave me suggestions about bikerides on the Island witch I was very thankfull for. I could store my luggage during the day after check out witch was good. the location is so good, just next by the old town and.

Liked the simple breakfast in the morning of toasted bread and coffee the orange juice. Found this staff really helpful and engaging. Everything was very functional and clean. Nicely situated next to the most phenomenal town center. Room for a single person was fine and without any glamour. You're also about 5 minutes away from the beach where you can have a lovely swim.

The hotel is in a great location and there is a free parking 200mt away. The room was big and clean; they offer a daily cleaning service. All the staff is very polite and attentive; Alex was also very welcoming. We borrowed a beach umbrella for free and also had the possibility to use the shower and the pool after we checked out, while waiting for our late flight.

Location is very central to the center and bus stations. Even the beach is 7 minutes to walk. Nice and cosy swimming-pool area and sweet and helpfull hosts. Breakfast is perfect and very nice and clean room.

Clean, quiet, and with perfectly maintained facilities. The hotel is situated only a few walking minutes from the downtown as well as the bus station where the bus to Mahon leaves.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Our room was exceptionally clean and airy, with air con if we needed it. Beds comfy and bathroom pristine, with lots of hot water. Extra pillows available if needed. Continental breakfast was very good value at €4.50 with lots of choice. Pool area, small, but has everything you need, including some welcome shaded areas. A great place to stay for exploring Ciutadella. Just a two minute walk to one of the many squares, where small bars were open till late if you wanted. Would definitely stay there again.
