Staff were so welcoming and friendly. They couldn't help us enough, which made our week stay so relaxing. I would definitely stay again, location was brilliant just 5 min walk from the city but a quiet area.

I highly recommend Hotel Balear for several reasons. First, the staff is always available for any specific requests regarding island tours or the booking of taxis/shuttles/cars. Additionally, the location is perfect for both exploring Ciutadella and reaching the coves on the south coast!

Very lovely place! Bernardo & Elena are very nice and helpful (recommendations where to go, helping to rent a scooter etc). The breakfast is very delicious with fresh fruits and herbs. Bernardo even prepared fresh Hummus as I told him that I am vegetarian. I enjoyed my time at Balear Hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends!

Good area, not so far from the historical center of Ciutadella, easy for parking. Room is simple but comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and gave us some good tips. You can use hotel’s sun umbrellas and cool boxes to take to the beach

Hotel Balear was such a gem, this feels more like staying in a home. The staff are so caring and friendly and extremely attentive to your needs. They made me feel incredibly welcome, it felt like staying with family. They are always willing to help you and even anticipate your needs, knowing their guests individually. The place is extremely clean, and has a really wonderful eco friendly vibe, the rooms are very comfortable. The location is fantastic as it is a few minutes walk to the main bus stops which are very well connected. The hotel is situated in the heart of vibrant and charming Ciutedella, only a short 5 min walk to the centre. Thank you so much especially to Bernard and Elena for such a memorable stay! :)) Hotel Balear is a must!

Bernhart was very nice and gave helpful tips. Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean and renovated. Parking is easy close to hotel as well as supermarket. 10min walk to city center.

The stay was delightful and more than exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a small characterful 'boutique' style hotel in Ciutadella and the Balear was certainly that. The Host, Bernard, is a super guy and did everything to make my stay enjoyable, including looking after my bicycle! The breakfast and service was top notch! Would definitely go back! Loved the place.
