Great location next to the plaza mayor (many cafes and restaurants around). Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with a proper balcony. Facilities were excellent.

I liked everything. Just I would like to have coffee in my room in packages and hot water for to have a cup of coffee in my room in the mornings.

Staff were amazing, One evening we went to a friends place just outside Cuidad Real and planned to walk back - but it started to rain heavily. We couldn’t get an Uber, we don’t speak Spanish to phone a radio taxi. I called reception and they ordered a taxi for us, checked that the taxi arrived and we were Ok. That is over and above normal service.

God rooms with bathrobes and real drinking grass. Helpful personel and secure parking thru elevator.

The property was in an excellent location right on a pedestrian mall that led directly to the main square with loads of restaurant and shopping options. The room was spacious and well equipped, we love that we could open the window for fresh air and the bed was super comfortable. The basement parking for our motorbikes was excellent.
